I love giving back to our community. With every single closing, I donate a portion of my commision to Greenhouse Scholars and Salute Colorado. My donations are then matched by 8z Real Estate.
Their vision is to create a community of leaders who will evolve the communities of the world by providing 4 year college scholarships to lower income high school graduates. They work with the next generation of leaders and change agents, and together change the trajectory of their families, their communities, and broader global communities.
In honor of my father, a former marine, I donate to Salute Colorado who supports veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces through mentorship, networking and funding as they pave civilian career paths in real estate or technology fields. By helping U.S. veterans navigate the business world in pursuit of post-service careers, our aim is to see these leaders in service emerge as leaders in business and community.
*To be eligible for the donation to occur, the listing agreement must be the first to be signed between 11/27/2020 - 12/31/2020 at midnight. The listing is required to become active for sale in the IRES MLS by 3/30/2021. The charity selected by client must be a 501(c)3 organization. The donation will be 10% of my net commission (gross commision minus 8z agent fees, advertising of listing & income tax) and will be donated within 7 days of Kelly McCallister receipt of funds of sale/closing of said listed home. The donation to the 501(c)3 organization will be made under Colorado Real Estate Agent - Kelly McCallister. Proof of donation will be provided to seller within 7 days of payment.
