True Story...


The sellers told me that the first realtor that did a site visit to their former family home told them that, "(you) would be lucky to get $375,000 for this home. It is a total scraper." And walked out.


Not all agents are created equal...


I saw so much potential!

The sellers were so willing to do what needed to be done to get the home ready for market.

I am so glad that I was able to help them create a custom plan, mood board, and budget to get their property ready to sell. We started by discussing their vision for the property and what they hoped to achieve through the sale. This initial conversation was crucial as it allowed me to tailor the plan specifically to their goals, ensuring that every aspect was aligned with their expectations.


Once we established a clear direction, I worked on developing a comprehensive mood board that captured the essence of the aesthetic I wanted to help them convey. We prioritized essential renovations that would yield the highest ROI, such as fresh paint, new carpet, updated light fixtures, and staging.


Each item was carefully considered, balancing cost

with potential impact on the overall sale price.


Throughout this collaborative journey, I ensured that they felt supported and informed every step of the way. Regular check-ins and updates were essential to maintain momentum and make adjustments as needed.


By the end of the process, not only did we have a solid plan in place, but they also felt empowered and excited about the changes we were implementing to enhance their property’s appeal.
